Loose skin above belly button?

Is it just me? I have two fat/skin pockets on my stomach. One under the belly button, which still has some fat mixed in too, and one over, which I think at this point is probably 90% skin... I can pinch the skin easily and it just hangs there in two distinctive pockets on each side when I bend forward. Yikes.

Anyone else sharing my misery?
