Facing a pot luck tomorrow - any suggestions to keep me on track

    Veggie tray, fruit tray, or a cold cuts and cheese tray using low fat turkey and fat free ham with low fat cheeses. At least you'll know you can eat the stuff you bring!

    fill up on fiber stuff: carrots, celery, broccoli... raw foods. that will keep you from eating too much of the saucy and sweet stuff.

    Pick one or two things you can't live without, and go very lightly or skip anything else. Then eat a serving of all the fruits and veggies ....or eat a healthy snack a couple hours before so you aren't as tempted to overeat.

    Drink at least 8 oz of water just before...it'll keep you from eating as much by making you feel full!
