Trying to lose about 20 pounds!

Hi there.

Currently, I'm at 183. I have a history of disordered eating patterns and I am trying very hard to keep healthy this time around at 19 years old. :) I'm 5' 8", so that puts my BMI at 27.82. I tend to work out about 4 times a week. In addition to going to school full time, I'm working part time. During my work weekend I find it a lot more difficult to manage my eating. Rarely do I get a break, so I tend to eat high calorie snacks.

Anyway, I would love to make some friends and have some activity on my feed, hah. Can't wait to hear from you all.
