Has anyone tried it? Did it work for you?
Im currently on week two right now(again!), and I've actually doubled the amount on consecutive sit ups i can do... (started at 15, now im at 30).. . I was on vacation last week, so I missed one of the three work out days, so I'm repeating week two again this week just to be safe! If anyone is interested in checking it out its www.twohundredsitups.com and its pretty good(from my experience so far)!
Anyone with previous experience with it??

I just checked out the website after reading your post and it sounds really interesting and challenging! Thanks for sharing the idea, I think I will try it!

And I'm sure it does help, because it sets specific goals for you to try to master and you will get better in time. Crunches will always help you as long as you're doing them correctly!

    Good luck!! :)

Currently I am on week 3 doing my second day of the challenge. You will see a difference however; it will not all happen in 7 weeks. I do enjoy the workout.

Wow, its great that so many people want to try out the challenge as well! It really does help from what I've seen! I'll keep everyone updated as I continue with it :) I would still like to find someone who has finished the program to get their input on it though :( Maybe in the morning? :)
  • I'm gonna do it too! yay!

I just checked out the website....and I am in. Once upon a time, when I was in the Navy, I used to be able to do 140 consecutive sit-ups....not crunches but the full sit-ups....might be part of why I have lower back pain now....but anyway. I want my core strength back and I am starting today!!!!! Good luck everyone!

P.S. On the initial test I was only able to do 25 but I will get there!
