    It's only fact if you can prove it. Right now it's a hypothesis. Maybe you should contact a mod and ask. I'm sure that they are getting reports for the threads and shutting them down.

    It is a fact that threads that in no way violate any guidelines are being shut down. The common denominator being misc. What you assume to be sure of is irrelevant.
