Hi everyone,

I am new to MFP!!! Today is the first step towards living a healthier life. No more excuses, cheat days, or being lazy. I am in total control. I am looking for people who have a strong commitment to their goals, are friendly and need support. Please feel free to ad me.

    Hi Tiarra! Glad to hear you are taking steps to get healthier! The biggest thing I can recommend is to keep scouring the forums to find people who have similar goals and weight loss goals.

    I was on here for months before I got involved in the social aspect of MFP. I have never done better since I found some people who are great supporters and they also log daily and comment everyday.

    I'm sending you a FR right now!

    I find the greatest motivation in staying on target everyday is my MFP friends. I see how awesome they are doing and that makes me want to do just as good everyday.
