What is TEDD or TDEE?

something like that, and where do i figure it out? Anyone have a link?

    TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure. This is your maintenance calories...this is roughly how many calories your body "burns" in a day as per your activity level.

    I use the scooby calculator...keep in mind that all of these are just estimates...ultimately you have to make adjustments as per real world results...nobody has a TDEE of exactly XXXX calories. I'm personally between light and moderate. Take the days per week with a grain of salt...you have to also think about your intensity...I workout 6 days per week but not every session is super intense or anything...so if I put 5-6 hours strenuous that would be too much.
