Does anyone know any good gluten free muffin mixes?

Im not terribly worried if it isn't that great for you because i have a friend coming over to my house and she cant have glutten and i wanted to make some breakfast muffins for us.

I have tried several gluten free mixes - for cake, banana bread etc. All have turned out great, so I don't have a favorite brand. Just look in the gluten free section of your grocery store and whatever they have will probably work fine.0

Bobs Red Mill is usually a good GF mix option. Betty Crocker has some too.
If you aren't set on making muffins, I would suggest making some black bean brownies. They are a gluten free crowd pleaser!0 -
King Arthur makes amazing gluten free mixes. They have a muffin mix that you add in whatever kind of fruit you want.0
