Hungry after exercise!

Hi guys, today was my first day back to exercising! (Go me!) I did an hour boot camp class. It was great and I struggled, which is fine! But I am now sooooooo hungry!!! I did the class from 6:20am to 7:20am! I came back and had breakfast and I have had lunch but I just can't stop eating! I feel this really defeats the object of going to the class haha.
I am at home so it's very easy to go to the cupboard... Ill be cleaning the kitchen so I just grab some grapes whenever I pass them. And oh look there are some Almonds! So it's not unhealthy stuff but all adds up.

Any tips on what to eat/do to stop me continuously eating!

    pretty normal
    eat something after you work out.

    one of the many reasons I work out at night- because I'm starving- and I'd rather just eat then go to bed then be starving all day.

    I usually take a protein+oatmeal shake post swimming. Once I get home I'm always hungry again, so I just eat bread with cheese/peanut butter/ham or make smoothies (also with oatmeal). I use greek yoghurt for my smoothies.
