Anyone else on Phase 2 of Atkins?

I have been on induction for about three weeks, and I'm 4 pounds away from my goal weight. SO I am going to hop on to Phase 2 so I don't shock my body. I am a little bit confused on what my carb intake should be. I know I can eat berries, watermelon, nuts, and seeds. But HOW much am I supposed to eat? I really don't want to over do it. Can I go over 25 a day? 30? Can I eat fruit everyday? (Love my fruits in the morning.) I would appreciate some advice thanks!!

I went to 30 for a month. The next month, I upped it to 40, but that didn't work well, so I went back to 30-35. Try gradual increases of 5-10 carbs a week. I don't eat fruits everyday, but if you want to, you might try it once or twice the first week, and then also gradually increase them depending on how your weight loss responds to having them added back in. I believe berries like strawberries & blueberries are lower in carbs than say, watermelon or an apple, so you might what to introduce those in first.
