I am 4weeks out . Soft food diet- what you guys eat? How much? I take two bites and feel full.

    I didn't really follow the soft food diet--I don't like many soft foods. I would buy the John Soules Beef or Chicken Fajita strips & eat a couple ounces over a period of time. I would usually weigh it out & try to get it all eaten over a couple of hours. It never bothered my stomach & it has a lot of protein. I also had scrambled eggs or refried beans (with a sprinkling of protein powder). In the beginning I was using protein powder like salt just trying to get it in.
