Just joined MFP

Hi everyone-

My friend 125again suggested I join MFP so here I am! I have done calorie counting in the past and it worked really well for me. I am determined to lose this weight once and for all. I have an appointment with a Chinese herbalist today to also help in kickstarting my new program. My main area I need to work on is getting to the Y for exercise.

Any helpful tips and hints anre welcome. Thanks and I look forward to being a part of the community!

    Welcome to MFP! Using the Y is great (I'm also a member) but don't forget that just walking your neighborhood or around work can be great too, for free. Good Luck!

    Welcome. MFP is a great tool to keep better track of calories and exercise. I am in so much more control now.
