I figured she meant 500 calories per day to lose a pound a week.
For free online kettlebell 'classes', check out livefitrevolution.org. Though actual live instruction has got to be terrific.0 -
That makes for sense
. I took some kettlebell instruction classes last year and it was challenging but very effective.
