HCG Help!

I rceived my HCG yesterday and began my "fat load". I am somewhat confused about what you are really supposed to do here. What I have done is take the HCG as directed, I am doing 10 drops, 3 times a day, and basically just cleaning out my fridge of all the things NOT on the 500 cal diet, like Milk, Eggs, Bread, Butter, Cheese, Yogurts, even some leftover roasted (but really fatty) chicken.

Should I start the 500 cal tomorrow? I feel really crappy eating all this stuff and gained 2POUNDS this am...arghh...very scary. Just not sure if I should continue for the full two-three days as it says.

Any advice?

    Try googling "HGC Pounds and Inches BY: A.T.W. SIMEONS, M.D." AND "the complete HCG diet manual"

    These are the guides I used.
    Add me as a friend if you want. I did one round of the HCG and am on maintenance right now. Plan on doing another round in October,

    The weight gain is part of the plan. I gained 3# on my load days. Hang in there it will get better -- but this takes a ton of effort and planning.
