Quiet workouts you can do at home

What are some workouts I can do in my small apartment? I used to be really into cardio kickboxing and Tae Bo, but I live above a sweet older lady now and don't want to bounce all over her head for an hour every day, haha. (She works night shifts, so she is usually sleeping during the day) Any ideas for quieter exercises? I was thinking maybe yoga or something with weights...
Does anyone have an exercise DVD that they really like and doesn't require too much jumping around? I have a friend who does exercises using her couch or a chair but I'm not too sure how that works...
I think I'm going to look into getting back into the cardio kickboxing at a gym, but having some home workout options would be really helpful as the snow starts taking over! Thanks!

Yoga and weights both seem like good options. You could also do non-jumping calisthenics such as pushups, squats, lunges, planks, tricep dips, etc.
Depending on how late she goes to work or how early she gets home in the morning, you might try working out while she's gone.0 -
Haha I'm sure she wouldn't complain, but she's so sweet that I'd feel bad! I'm working on getting my butt back to the gym for more intense workouts, but was wondering if anyone knows any good routines I could do at home. I do have a yoga mat, which I could try, but I always get impatient doing yoga!0

Most blogilaties videos wouldn't be to bad for noise (http://www.blogilates.com/).0

I came across this a couple weeks ago. Not sure if it was something I saw in the forums or not.

fitnessblender.com has some quiet workouts that are good (put quiet in the keyword search box).

Many of the low impact might also work.0
