I'm just curious for those who have fitbits or other devices....what are your step goals each day? how many calories do you burn on average in a day?

10,000 steps and 1800 calories. I'm not terribly young, large, male or active, which matters.0

Was 10,000. Now that I do more weight lifting and it's nasty out though I'm happy around 8000... but I haven't used my fitbit in a while... not sure how many steps I actually do. I try to walk one hour every day though.0

I'm a shortie at 5'1". My goal is set at 10,000 steps but I average around 13,000 and burn about 2,000 calories a day.0

Usually between 16,000 to 20,000 steps, except on rest day.0

10 000 on regular days, 20 000 or more on running days.0
