I have my goals set at the defaults. I am almost daily under by 25-50% the goal for fat consumption. I hate goopy sauces and spreads which means I have never eaten them. My main fats other than olive oil or canola oil to cook with come from dairy products. I can't eat nuts as they tear up my intestines. Does not eating enough fat cause problems?

Yes, you need to get enough fat. I was too low my first couple of weeks and the skin on my face became dry and chapped feeling. Luckily I realized why before I caused more serious problems. Do you like avocados? They are a great source. Use some full-fat dairy and adjust the rest of your foods to work the calories in.0

I think you should be fine. I find that if I don't eat enough fat I am hungry all the time. I would try to stay away from things like canola oil and maybe use coconut oil if you can.0
