If anyone is interested in joining me for some yoga at Seven Seas this Saturday, here is the info:

Time is 10am
All levels are welcome! There are beginners to advanced that come every week.

Bring a phriend, phamily member or yourselph! hehe..catching on? This weekend we will be practicing yoga with music inspired by Phish! It will be a very light hearted and fun practice. Bring your tie dies! Get ready to release the "heavy things" that have fallen down upon you! "Free" yourself with breathwork, as... we flow through a bit of vinyasa; allowing your soul to dance and your body be light in relationship to gravity. Discover a different level of "bliss" and "joy" as you harmonize with nature and "shine" your heart's light; the "love that breaks all lines".

As always please remember that this practice is meant for YOU. Do not worry about other's perceptions, as this time is to be spent in the moment, on an inward journey to your soul. What to bring?
Yoga mat or a blanket
Block/bolster/straps or any props are optional
Towel
Water
$7 in cash

If you are worried about mosquitoes, please don't worry! We have a beautiful breeze off of the lake and they have left us alone for the most part. If you are still concerned, I have deet free spray that will ward them off!

If it is raining, we will not be practicing. However, the weather looks good for Saturday morning!
