    I agree eggs are fantastic, especially when you are losing weight because they also help to tighten your skin so it will help you avoid the loose/sagging skin problem.

    I usually eat 2 whole eggs with 1 egg white for breakfast. Eggs are really satisfying for me and really make me feel like i'm not on a diet.
