Just a quick question about my activity level since I recently got a second job. Usually I work 3 days at one job as a cashier for 7 hours (in between customers I do walk around to return items or whatever) and 4 days I also work as a dog walker where I am on my feet walking 8 hours a shift. After work or days I dont work (usually only 1 or 2 days a week I wont work either job) I dont do much, some days I do small house chores and I might go on a walk with my dogs for 30 min or run around for 20 min or so with them but otherwise I am sitting when not working.
Right now I have my activity level set as light does this sound about right?

yeah I'd put light, then you are creating a bigger deficit on days you do the dog walking and a smalle rone on the other days, which would balance out.
ETA: mines on light, and I'm a teacher - so lots of time on my feet. I only log netball practice or things outside the classroom as excercise, not work. I also walk 3-5 days a week, play/train/coach/umpire netball once a week and do a bit of muscle work.0
