Share your TDEE - 15/20% success story here!

I switched to TDEE - 15% a bit ago--I'd like to see some encouraging success stories to look at when I'm feeling discouraged here and there. And yes, I belong to some groups (eat more to lose and In place of road map).

Ready......go!

I first learned about TDEE-20% when I reach 230 lbs or so, when I started using MFP. I was super happy to find out that I no longer needed to deprive myself of calories so much. I love eating to lose, it's the first time in my life that I've had this much success. I still follow the TDEE method, just slightly modified.

I did this in 200 days, including 10 weeks where I was up and down the same 3 pounds. I did TDEE-20% and ate back exercise calories if i wanted them. I still have 16 pounds to lose, and in the picture in the purple jacket from yesterday I had 3 layers on under my jacket.

so it's a slow process,I lost alot the first month, mostly water weight, and now about .5 to 1lb a week, but I'm alright with that causemy skin needs time to stay caught up and shrink! I workout at least 4 days a week, feel free to add me! My diary it's viewable to my friends :) BTW my top pic is a size 18 bottom one I'm in 13!! :) not a success yet, but a work in progress!!

I'm hypothyroid, have a history of some pretty bad injuries (spinal, broken feet etc) and have struggled with depression and a self starve ED since my teens.

Since joining MFP, learning about TDEE eating and attacking this.... well the pic below shows 11 months difference. The girl on the left is 105 kg, unhappy and not sure how to look and feel good. The one on the right is loving life, has beaten depression and disordered eating, strengthened injured bits, and lost 28kg. They're both me :D
