I lost 14 lbs last year now I just can't seem to lose this weight I gained even more back. But this time I'm starting over and going strong. If I don't take control of it now it won't get better. Seeing the scale today really knock some sense into me. I need some motivation and support to help me get through this battle. Add me as a friend we can do this together !!!
