Has anyone had skin removal surgery?

I lost 150 pounds and I have some loose skin that I'm not too happy with. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't be happier about my success, but I would feel much more confident as a 20 year old to not have wrinkly-appearing skin. I can't find too many testimonials online so I was wondering if anyone had the surgery, how much it cost, what the recovery process was like, and if you're satisfied with the results. Thanks!
