The easy part is over

I wouldn't call it a wall but the easy part is over. After losing 12 lbs in the first week of using MFP (from 220 to 208), and dipping as low as 204.6, I have now settled in between 205 and 208. No more crazy, consecutive down 3.8 days.
I have to get serious and stay the course. Goal #1 is still to get below 200. Just not going to happen in two weeks.
Very excited about the number of friends and family who have started MFP after seeing my automated "lost xyz pounds since" posts to Facebook. By my count at least 6 people are doing it seriously after having asked for more information on my posts. All have seen positive results already including two who have lost 5 lbs.

Congrats on the loss! You are right about staying the course, and you're smart to realize it probably won't happen in 2 weeks. But stay the course, and it WILL happen.0

It is amazing how much aof a revolution it is, isn't it? I have no less than 4 friends who have joined since my posts started appearing on facebook! Good job, keep it up!!0
