Not as out of breath or as sore after workout

Sorry for the stupid question, I feel like I should know this - but I dont!
Doing my usual 30 minutes a day (with twice a week extra 30 minutes) - I am two weeks in and no longer as exhausted after the workout. At first I was out of breath, and barely able to move afterwards, now I am slightly huffed but just barely, and not really sore at all, just a bit weaker.
Am I still getting as much out of the workout? I still sweat a disgusting amount but am unsure if I need to up the ante until im exhausted again?
I do elliptical training for 30 minutes, or swimming,or walk/run intervals, or zumba as my options. I noticed with Zumba I need to do it for longer to feel the same effects as the other options.

Just means you're getting stronger/more fit, ramp up the intensity for more progress.0
