Evening cravings

During the day it is quite easy for me to maintain my calorie intake. I make sure I take healthy food with me to school and I am not allowed from myself to buy something at school.
But after dinner and later at night it is so hard to not give into those evening cravings.

Does anyone else has these uncontrollable evening cravings?
How do you deal with it?

    Save enough macros / calories and eat in the evening!
    Chocolate chip poptarts and casein chocolate shake before bed - DA BOMB -

    I plan an evening snack into my calorie budget every day.
  • Hi! this is my problem too. Is like I'm somone else...I'm eating not beeing aware. and of course when I realise ...I'm so mad at my self.all the good work during the day...gone.
    I just instaled the app on my phone, and I hope it will help.

    I actually have a big meal, not snack, a hour before I go to sleep. I plan it in my daily calories. And I ate less in morning and rest of the day cos if I do then I am full at day and hungry at evening. And usually I am not hungry at mornings anyways, I'm one of those people who can't ate early even if I would have to. Suggest you to do the same - just plan your snacks in your calorie budget. There is nothing wrong with eating late, it won't effect your weight loss or health. That you should not ate before going to sleep or you will gain fat is a myth.
