Winter Itch

UGH! Now that the heat is on in my apartment building I can't stop itching! My skin isn't cracked or anything but it's annoying to have to moisturize every 12 hours!

Do you have any suggestions for good lotions to combat this winter curse?

    don't know about lotions, but you might want to stop scratching the itch with your cat! ;)

    Get a humidifier. It will help greatly. As far as lotions go I have skin allergies so am limited. My mom sent me Utter Butter one year and it worked great for about 3 weeks, then I reacted. I just use Aveeno daily moisture, it helps.

    Also, Sarna lotion, drinking more fluids and not taking super hot showers which can dry out skin more quickly.

    But he's so soft and cuddly! Plus he can reach those tricky spots on my back!

    I live in the desert so it's super dry, I use Gold Bond lotion and it helps a lot. I hate itchy winter skin!
