scream weight action plan?

Do you have a scream weight?
To my mind maintenance is about staying within a weight range. for me that weight range is 125 to 130, my scream weight being 131. my question is what do you do if you get to your scream weight? obviously I have one to tell me I need to go back to cutting calories for a while but for how long? Do you cut calories until your at the bottom of your weight range or do you just settle at the middle of your maintenance weight range?
Also, Im happiest at 125. if you were me would you adjust your weight range so that the weight your happiest at is smack in the middle?... and if so do you drop down another few pounds before going back to maintenance calorie range?

I truly want to focus more on my measurements then on my weight but they seem to correlate so closely that it really doesn't matter. My measurement goal is 26.5" waist. if my weight goes up to 13lbs. my waist goes up to 27" sometimes 27.5". if im at 125lbs. im at about 26.5" sometimes 26". I dont know if other peoples measurements and scale weight are so closely intertwined but mine definitely are. Maybe its because im pretty short and not terribly curvy?

lol a another users post just reminded me of what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it.

A while back I had been logging my weight daily on an app called Libra. it gives you a moving average. that way you know your true weight as an average, not your current scale weight with all its possible variation. I need to get back to logging on Libra and if that is up to my scream weight ( which unfortunately I believe it is ) then its back to cutting calories until I get my average back down to about 125 then I can slowly up my calories 100 per week til my weight levels out again.

I feel much better now that I have the goal firm in my mind :)

Bottom. Because you didn't pop up overnight. It took a while. Go back to basics and then maintain.
