Good Life Fitness - Gravity Classes?

Hello everyone.

I just started Gravity classes at my local Good Life and I love them! :) Such a good work out.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to accurately log the calories burned in MFP.

(I know I need to get a pedometer, but I can't until later in the month and I want to start tracking now.)

Any advice would be great. :)
