Weird things your family does to thanksgiving food

What is the weirdest thing that your family or you have done to your thanksgiving food? Did it taste good? Or did it make you want to gag?

My uncle put nutmeg in gravy and my cousin puts chili powder in corn bread.

Used the limbs as stuffing...
Used the stuffing as "gravy".....
That's about it, though.
