A New Me - Happy Anniversary.

One year ago today we formed a group called "A New Me. Some of us had already been on MFP and some were brand new to MFP. We have lost & gained members along the way. The "success" of this post is that for one year a group of MFPers have come together to support each other through their journey and the ups and down. We have shared in each other successes and sorrows. We are even going to welcome a baby boy to our group in the Fall!!! We are still losing and still supporting.:flowerforyou:

The inspiration I want you to pull from this post is that you don't have to go it alone. Start a group, find a group, heck find ours if you want. Many times in the past year I have wanted to quit due to stress, life, etc....my friends would not let me. If they couldn't find me on MFP they'd hunt me down and drag me back:laugh:
