Want to start weight training . Can pick up only 8lbs dumbbells. Any suggestion of a DVD I could follow? :happy:

Age and ability are important. Are you saying you can only physically lift 8 lbs or is that just how much you're willing to do without pushing yourself?0

I am a 51 year old female can only work with 8lbs. Would love to get stronger but at this moment that is all I can handle. I want to build muscle so I can maintain weight loss more easily. Oh! did I mention I was only 4'7". Yes I am a little old lady with big ambition :laugh:0
