Blah Blah people need to stop assuming all bodies are the same. Your body and my body have different needs. I get all the nutrients in, every day, no problem. I think 1200, for instance, is an arbitrary number which dietitians have debated. I have heard from my ivy-league educated doctor that you need plenty of water, 8 glasses a day sounds like plenty to me. i'm sick of reading forums because of bullies who assume whatever works for them works for everyone. And NO ONE'S advice should be taken without a grain of salt, dude.0
