Subway Tandoori Chicken/Chicken Tikka

I'm wanting to try a new Subway sandwich for dinner before I start work tomorrow. However, I'm torn between the tandoori chicken and the chicken tikka.
Which of the 2 is spicier? I like a bit of spice but not so much that my tongue can't feel anything afterwards - usually mild to medium spice.
Any opinions out there?
