This morning I went to work feeling... not so hot. I had a huge headache and a queasy tummy (like a hangover, but I hadn't had anything to drink).

I was thinking about going home. At morning tea time I decided to have a fresh juice and see if that would pep me up.

Orange, lemon, ginger and some icy sorbet.

I don't drink much juice (empty calories) but today it was just what I needed!

I feel like myself, no pain relief medication required: except a bit of fresh juice! I'm so excited, I had to tell somebody!
