Anyone else feeling completely unmotivated?

I would say I have zero motivation to work out, but now I think it's gone into the negative! I have nothing to work towards, no upcoming events or trips, summer is soooo far away, so it's winter and I'm insulating lol. I don't have much of a support group since no one else in my circle of friends or my family have any interest in fitness or healthy eating for the most part. Just looking for some like minded individuals to connect with. :smile:
