Insanity Program going well

I am now half way through my second week of the Shaun T insanity workout program. It is really tough to get started in week one, but seeing result already by the end of that week really spurred me on to work even harder at it. I've been measuring calories burned with the Polar FT7 which is helping me calculate how many calories to eat etc on a daily basis. Coupling the workouts with the 5:2 diet program and I am losing weight and getting fitter by the day. Hope all of you out there are feeling inspired and motivated too ;-)
