Starting tomorrow: need support

Hi, I'm over 50 and need to lose about 10 pounds. That doesn't sound bad but it's been SO hard. I know I just need to get motivated after eating turkey today. I love the sugar and refined carbs way too much and it's my downfall. I eat healthy the rest of the time so that's why I don't weigh more. Haven't tried WW or other diets because I have the feeling I would not stick to any set diet plan. OK, ready for tomorrow.:drinker:

    I think you should quit your sugars and refined carb habit cold-'turkey'. hehe... bad pun, sorry.
    I myself was a chocolate addict. I just quit them one fine day (7 months ago) because I knew that all the sugar in them is going to cause wrinkles! Eeek! I cheat with a small chocolate once or twice a month. Before that it was two huge bars every week or even twice a week.
