I find heavy metal or rock don't go a miss in the gym.. I like a bit of Volbeat too or some punk0

I need loud and heavyish when lifting or running. I usually stick to Spotify and go with Suicidal Tendencies, Metallica (old), Social Distortion, Linkin Park, and just stick it on the radio of those bands so it'll play lots of different things in those genres.0
