5'10" Currently 260 Goal Weight = 195

Hi everybody,
My name is Allen and it's time for me to take my life to the next level. I'm currently 33 years old and I weight 260 pounds. At my heaviest I was 303 pounds when I was about 24 years old. I bought a TaeBo VHS tape in 2004 and 9 months later I was 195 pounds.
I played football in high school but I was still about 230 pounds. When I got to 195, I was scared that I was too small because that's what everyone kept telling me. So I got into a groove and stayed at 225-235 for a few years.
Some personal challenges ballooned me all the way up to 280 pounds about 6 months ago. Since then I've joined a gym, bought some exercise DVDs, eating better, bought a juicer and now I'm at 260. I feel amazing but I know I have a long way to go.
I'm a self-motivated kind of person but I joined because I think I can inspire others and also get a little assistance here and there. My goal is to be 195 pounds by June/July 2014. I'm thinking about picking up T25 and I'll probably do that.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. Thanks so much for your help and support in advance.

Welcome. I started at 272 and currently am sitting at 190. Lots of hard work will get the job done. Good luck. Just take it one day at a time.0
