Hello everyone,
I am a 5' 10", 23 year old new grad who just started working with my degree last April. Since then I have joined a gym was eating fairly well until last August when I hit a slump. Before this I was down to 235 from 240, however I went back to 240. On the 19th I started to go back at eating better again and going to the gym 3-5 days a week.
I currently weigh 238lbs down from 240 since Nov 19th and have been maintaining it. I don't expect super fast weight loss but I would to achieve 1-2% of my weight in loss per week. My goal is to reach 200-215lbs area with some muscle definition and to increase my lung capacity since I have mild asthma.
I still need to redefine my strength training, tried the Goodlife Fit Fix circuit but gave up on that since I seen its not that great. Right now I use cable/belt weight machines but thinking of going back to barbells for a while since the machines isolate quite a bit.
Cheers,
