Silly Superstitions
I'm sure that a lot of us have odd dieting/working out/weight loss superstitions/habits that we follow for no good reason. I figured I'd start this topic to give people to express their amusing ones. It's my first topic so be gentle.
To start things off: I'm in weight loss mode now. I keep myself from knowing my actual weight by always weighing myself in a sweatshirt, t-shirt, boxers and socks (sexy, I know). That way, I can chart my weight differential without ever knowing exactly how much I weigh. It helps me to not get frustrated with an occasional lack of loss when I know that my true weight is actually lower than what my scale tells me.
How about yours?
