This March I decided that I wanted to lose weight (129 lbs.) and stay fit. At first I would do a lot of excercise and eat normally. Me being very lazy, stopped doing excercise and just kept eating smaller and smaller portions. I got down to 119 and then moved to another country, I guess since I was very depressed the first months I lost a lot of weight and I kept on obsessing over portions and calorie control. I would eat about 800 calories everyday. I went to therapy because I was very obsessive and I stopped. I bumped up my calories to about 1,100 per day and I ate anything I wanted (mostly healthy but every now and then Id eat chocolate or ice cream). I got down about 2 months ago to 104 and I stayed there. Recently in the past 2-3 weeks I cant control myself and I eat everything and in a lot bigger portions and I cant stop. I've went up to 110 and I am so dissapointed in myself. Even if one day I manage to control myself at night I just completely pig out. I know I lost all this weigh unhealthily but I want to try to lose what I gained in a good manner and help control myself. Please help me get back to 104 any help is greatly appreciated!

Never eat below 1200 calories a day. You should probably be eating more like 1,400-1,500 a day or more depending on your activity level. Really, don't under eat because after a few days of doing that you're going to go nuts.
Getting healthy isn't about "losing weight." It is about making changes to improve your life.0 -

104lbs is quite low? What height are you?
I understand your disappointment after putting a few lbs back on, but maybe you would be better concentrating on some weights or resistance training to get an improved shape rather than cutting back so much on calories?0 -
You'll be happier if you start weight training, throw out the scale and eat. Food is wonderful, it's fuel, it's nourishment. Enjoy!0

You can lose that 7 pounds in 3 weeks, before christmas. I understand the being good during the day and pigging out at night. You feel so *kitten* going to bed, like you have failed, but you haven't. Starting tomorrow, you get up and you know exactly what you are going to eat throughout the day. Prepare for your snacking at night with something like strawberries or blueberries. Think of how good you'll feel going to bed tomorrow night, you will have won against the urge to pig out and that success will drive you until you lose those pounds and Christmas day you will feel 100 dollars,,,, and 7lbs lighter0
