South Beach Diet & Carbs

I am on day 4 of Phase One of SBD and was just wondering how many grams of carbs I should be eating in this phase? So far the highest carb count I have gotten to is net 3 grams. I am pretty sure that my body is going to go into ketosis if I keep going. Is that ok? It is for just 2 weeks, so I don't think it would be harmful. Otherwise how do I get more carbs without fruit or grains?

    You might want to try asking on the South Beach Diet website/forums. I think there are a few South Beach Diet groups on MFP if you want to try that route as well.
