Last 10 Pounds

I tried to lose the last 10lbs but ended up doing it too drastically and messed up my metabolism. I stopped and increased my intake to 1600-1800cal for a week and have gained a little weight. I want to go back to my plan of losing the last 10lbs but doing it the right way. I have no issues with eating healthy or exercise - I continue to do both but the problem was I wasn't eating enough.
Is it safe to stick to a 1500cal intake?
What can I eat that's healthy to increase my calories? (don't want to eat unhealthy snacks to fill up my calories)
My usual routine is:
Breakfast: Cornflakes, tea
Lunch: Chicken, vegetables, roast potatoes and beans
I have no idea what to have for dinner as I usually have a sandwich that is 220cal which is way too low. And following that for a while caused my metabolism to really mess up.
All help appreciated.

I have been struggling with weight loss for years now. I am finally within 20 pounds of my ultimate goal. Just wanted to let you know how I did this I began by getting use to weighing myself every day I know that sounds extreme, but there is a reason for that. I would also log what I ate and what out of the ordinary exercise I would do. Day after day month after month of doing this I now know exactly what foods help me with my weight loss goal, and what foods make it nearly impossible for me to achieve them. Also the exercises that work best for me. I have a job during the day that allows me to get a little bit of exercise each day, and for that reason after doing what I have just stated I have learned that for my body eating a large breakfast, medium lunch, and smaller dinner works out perfect for me, and the weight has come off fairly quickly. Find out what works best for your body by doing the same thing. The website that has helped me to keep track of my weight each day is below check it out! Best of luck! Kim

From eating too little calories I started getting hair loss - telogen effluvium0 -
I've lost 19lbs but think I am up to 145lbs which some may be water weight too, I'm really stuck on what to do as I am terrified of what it did to my hair.0

I looked at my body this morning and it seems the only place that holds fat is the belly but at a much lower rate than a few months ago. I've been reading and is this a good plan to implement:
1) Calorie deficit - 1500
2) 20 minutes of intense cardio x3 per week and walking on the other days
3) Weights? -- I might start this when I go home in two weeks but I don't think I'll be able to continue in January
I messed up last time because my calorie intake was too low so as long as I work on that, hopefully the last 10lbs go off smoother.0
