New to the boards

Hi, I'm Tom and I'm new to the MFP boards. I signed up earlier this year when I purchased a set of work out videos so I could track my progress. Typical for me lately though is that I lost my motivation and slacked off here and with my workouts.

I'm going to start up again tomorrow with my workout routines and tracking here on MFP. I hope to meet some other people that are new to this and also some folks that are successful and may have some tips for me.
