Marathon training AND losing weight?

Hi! I am currently beginning my marathon training and I have a few questions. I never used to eat back my exercise calories because they were pretty low (100-300) and I felt like it was erasing my workout. Now, I understand that they should be eaten back. I kept gaining weight by not eating the calories back. If, say, I run 17 miles in one sitting, do I eat those 1700 calories back? If so, how?? I'm 18 years old, 5'7 and weigh 150 lbs. my daily allotted calories on MFP is 1370. also, if you have any tips for marathon training and eating, that'd be helpful.

You probably won't have a problem eating them back. You'll probably find yourself ravenous all the time (I was at least!!)
Good luck with your training!0
