    im a kiwi.. new and in need of help!
    HI! I am 23, 5'2, female and currently weigh 59.9kgs (132lb) I want to lose afew kilos but more importantly i want to be healthier. I own a Cafe and i used to eat:
    A scone for breakfast with two black coffees
    A white deli roll with meat for lunch
    A slice of caramel slice for afternoon tea
    2 sodas, usually diet. or 1 soda and one juice
    dinner would be fish, chicken, or beef with veges and rice or potatoes ( usually fairly small portions) or Takeout 2 times a week
    At least 2 glasses of wine a night
    and sometimes a late night snack, a cookie or fruit toast.

    I have always eaten small portions, but often. if i have more than 3 hours without anything im starving!

    now i am doing 1200 Cal a day.. but i am struggling to reach 1200!!! the food i am eating seems like ALOT! please help because i know that having less than 1200 is not good for your health.


    Here is what i ate yesterday

    Breakfast Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
    Coffee - Long Black, 2 cup 10cal
    Anchor - Blue Standardised Milk, 50 mL 31cal
    Breakfast smoothie actual, 1 serving 206cal

    Lunch
    Tasty Pot - Vegetable Love, 200 g 95cal

    Dinner
    Freya's - Sandwich Thins Mixed Grain, 1 Sandwich Thin 45g 120cal
    Weight Watchers - Bacon, 1 serving (42g) 40cal
    Mesculun - Mesclun Salad Mix, 55 g 10cal
    Onion - Red Onion, Raw, 5 g 2cal
    Subway - Tomato Slice, 3 slicse (34 g) 5cal
    Generic - Red Capsicum Pepper, 10 g 3cal
    Kraft - Philidelphia Extra Light, 20 g 22 cal
    Presidents Choice - Goat's Milk Feta Cheese , 15 g 43cal
    Hansells - All Natural Vegetable Tangine Soup, 200 g 100cal

    Snacks
    Weight Watchers - Potato Bakes (Sour Cream and Chives), 1 bag (20g) 84 cal
    Weight Watchers - Choc Delight Indulgent Bar, 21 g 87 cal
    Red Bull - Sugar Free, 8.4 fl oz (250mL)
    Hansells Vitafresh - Low Calorie Lemon & Lime Drink Mix, 600 ml

    My total calories were totals 886 127 28 32 2,257 41

    My Breakfast smoothie consists of Almond milk, strawberries, avocado (1/4) , non fat yoghurt and honey.
    Vegetable Love is just Eggplant, courgette, carrots, in a tomato based sauce.


    Please tell me where i am going wrong!

    Use the New Topic button to post your own thread and quit eating Weight Watchers diet foods to bring your calories up. If you want to be healthy eating chemically enhanced diet foods isn't going to help.

    Photo with no shirt was taken while I was bedridden after a pretty bad car accident but thanks for the compassion mockchoc. Fat idiot is what I call myself because there is nothing intelligent about being fat. While intelligent people can be fat the very position of being so is unintelligent. Also, why is self deprecation a bad thing? I think you need to get a grip and stop being such a self important wanker.

    Edited to say that everything you say, Mockchoc, is rendered moot by your begging for girls to send you pictures of their boobs.

    Yes I'm an Aussie too and to be honest most 24 year old aussie blokes are idiots (I suppose there might be a few exceptions) - at least this one is honest about it.
