How to stop stomach bloating!

Hello,

I have been working out for a minimum of 1 hour every day, and I have noticed that after working out, my stomach seems bigger than before :(

I know that I'm probably holding on to water weight, but I still drink a lot of water, e.g. 3 litres a day, and next morning it is similar to the day before. My legs and thighs are getting smaller but why is it so hard to get a toned or even a flat stomach??

Should I watch what I'm eating? Or are there ab exercises I should do more of?

I'm currently on the warrior diet, e.g. no food except for 5-9pm where I eat 1200 calories: mainly cooked vegetables, 1-2 pieces of fruit, 500 cals of protein and some good sources of fat, e.g. almonds/avocado.

  • Peppermint and Chamomile tea help with bloating.. Also, carbonated sodas, smoking, eating large meals, and constipation cause bloating, so you may want to try to avoid that.
