Spelling is your friend. Embrace it or be forever misunderstood.

This has been a common sense message.

Your debil words are not welcome here.

Milk is for baby cows NOT humans.

Unless you want to start loaning out lactating women to baby cows, this is an abomination against mother nature and she will strike you down.

And almond milk is for baby almonds?
By this logic we would only eat....well....other people. No thanks.

Dairy aids greatly in my weight loss because I'm lactose intolerant so spending the whole day crapping my brains out tends to really keep the pounds off.

Things that hinder weight loss: Taking in more calories than your body burns.

Things that help weight loss: Not taking more calories than your body burns.

This has been a common sense message.

As we all know, common sense ain't common, however.........
thread could have ended here! :drinker:

ETA: Dairy? aaaahhhhhh.........nevermind. My blonde moment is officially over, :embarassed:

I find dairy to be delicious and nutritious. I prefer the 2% fat versions over skim since fat isn't the enemy. Lately, I haven't been losing weight but it's because I've been eating too much. Dairy is just another thing to use your calories on.

No, you could have your days worth of calories in dairy and you will lose weight.
